Bolt says he’s ”in good nick,” looks forward to Cayman Invitational

KINGSTON (EME News) – Track and Field mega star Usain Bolt said his training has been going well as he gears up for his farewell Olympic appearance in Rio de Janeiro.

"I am in good nick, training hard, my time trials are going well, my coach is happy, so everything is going well and I am just looking forward to my first meet in Cayman,"  Bolt was quoted as saying by the Gleaner.

"I think it's one of the big years, now that it's [his career] finishing, it's really a big deal, so I am just trying to refocus and get my mind right and just go out there and just execute. To win is always the plan,” said Bolt who will be chasing his 3rd straight Olympic Games sprint double.
