16-year-old Candace Hill 10.98 in the 100m

SHORELINE, USA – 16-year-old Candace Hill achieved at Brooks HS PR Invitational a superb 10.98 seconds (+2.0m/s wind) in the 100m.

It is not only US junior record but also Youth All-time top mark (in this category no official World records are registered).

It is also a third best time ever for a junior female sprinter. She is born on February 11, 1999 and so will be in youth category also in 2016. Second place was Zaria Francis (17), who improved to 11.26.

Michael Norman won the 400m in 46.38, Donovan Brazier 800m in 1:47.55 and Andrew Hunter 2 miles in 8:42.51.
