TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Jamaican Chrisann Gordon is among 23 student-athletes signed letters of intent to join the Crimson Tide track and field program for the 2015-16 season.
University of Alabama head coach Dan Waters expressed delight at getting the former Holmwood and Jamaica junior star.
“Chris-Ann is one of the top 400-meter runners in all of collegiate track, and she has limitless potential for the future,” said Walters.
“She has world class ability in the 400, and will upgrade us tremendously in that event. She can also be very strong in the 600 indoors and the 800 as well. She will be a key major addition to our relay,” concluded Waters about Gordon.
