Usain Bolt has been confirmed for July's Meeting Areva – Stade de France in Paris, France.
Bolt, according to the organizers, will run in the July 5, 2014 edition of the meet.
"The French Athletics Federation is pleased to announce that Usain Bolt is back to Meeting Areva – Stade de France – athletics! RDV on 5 July," the organizers said.
"We are happy to announce that Usain Bolt is back in Paris in 2014!" the release continued.
The Meeting Areva – Stade de France is the eighth stop on the IAAF's 14-meet Diamond League Calender.
It will be the fifth time the Jamaican superstar has competed on the Stade de France track, venue of the 2003 IAAF World Championships. He competed in the 100m at the Meeting AREVA in 2009 and 2010, and in the 200m in 2011 and 2013.
At this year’s Meeting AREVA, Bolt will step back down to the 100m, an event in which he set the 9.79 meeting record in 2009.
