Double Olympic Games sprint champion Elaine Thompson, Yohan Blake and Asafa Powell head Jamaica’s strong 41-member team for the IAAF/BTC World Relays 2017.

The third edition of the relays, set for Nassau, Bahamas from April 22-23, will see 20 women, headed by Thompson, who won the Olympic Games 100m and 200m gold medals in Rio 2016, and 21 men, included 2011 World 100m champion Blake and former world 100m record holder Asafa Powelll, representing Jamaica.

The Jamaica team, to be managed by Marie Tavares with Maurice Wilson as technical leader, will take part in seven events – 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, all for male and female, along with the 4x400m Mixed relays.
