Bahamian Donald Thomas was a third place finisher in the men’s high jmup at Friday’s (5 May 2017) Doha Diamond League meeting.

Thomas cleared 2.29 metres to finish behind Mutaz Essa Barshim, the hometown hero, who won with 2.36m.

Robert Grabarz finished second with a clearance of 2.31m.
