COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – After provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in a pair of events, junior Salcia Slack has been named Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Female Field Performer of the Week on Wednesday (Jan. 29).
Last weekend (Jan. 23-25), the New Mexico Highlands University track and field team claimed three NCAA qualifiers in five different events to win the team title at the 2014 with 143 points.
