Shanieka Ricketts secured silver in the women’s triple jump on Saturday’s penultimate day of the 17th IAAF World Athletics Championships Doha 2019.
Ricketts, who expressed delight with her first global medal, leapt 14.92m, just short of her personal best effort.
World Leader Yulimar Rojas (VEN ??) won with a jump of 15.37m, which came on her second attempt.
Catherine Ibarguen (COL ??) took the Bronze Medal ? with a jump of 14.73 that pushed Kimberly Williams down to a fourth place, just missing out of a medal.
