Jermaine Brown, the fastest Jamaican indoor over 200m this season, is looking forward to March's World Indoor Championships. This year’s championships will be held in Sopot Poland, from March 7-9 and Brown wants to be apart of Jamaica's 400m set-up.
Brown, a former Calabar student, on the weekend on the men's 60m dash at the New Mexico Cherry and Silver meet in 6.65secs.
At the at Gotham Cup meet in the Armory two weekends ago, Brown fellow Jamaican Akheem Gauntlett both did 33.30secs over 300m.
"I am happy with my season so far," Brown told Trackalerts.Com on Sunday. "Every time I race I get a PB and that is very good,"
"My aim is to make the World Indoors team for the 400m and 4x400m. I am not training for the 60m, but for some reason I am doing good at it," he added.
