Maurice Wilson Technical Leader for the Jamaican team to the Bahamas World Relay Championships gave some insights into the teams readiness hours before start time.
“Things have been going good we have been able to get in one practice session," Wilson said.
Asked if there was any surprises so far, “no not really few person were expected to compete in both events but things proved not to be so”.
He said even though Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce posses a bullet start she will be place on the best relay leg for maximum result.
Maurice spoke about Bolts absence, “Bolt has been going hard since 2008, there is a time when the body needs rest and recuperation. We will miss him but the game has to continue”.
