Jamaican Simone Facey finished fourth in Friday’s (5 May 2017) Doha Diamond League meeting.

Facey, Jamaica’s 200m junior record holder, crossed the finish line in 23.00 flat, just ahead of compatriot Veronica Campbell-Brown, 23.08.

Double Olympic Games sprint double champion Elaine Thompson won the event in 22.19 ahead of Dafne Schippers of Netherland, 22.45. The wind was negative 2.3m/s.
