Multiple Olympic and World champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce welcomed Briana Williams to the family of Digicel Jamaica Brand Ambassadors.
On Friday (31 July), Digicel Jamaica announced Jamaica’s rising star Briana Williams as its newest Brand Ambassadors.
“Briana speeds over to take her place in our league of Brand Ambassadors.
Help us welcome Briana Williams,” Digicel Jamaica tweeted.’
“This is such a dream come true,” said Williams, the World U20 sprint double champion.
“I feel humbled to be representing such an iconic brand with such a long history of supporting track and field across Jamaica,” she added.
“I look forward to representing Digicel the best way I can, alongside the other amazing ambassadors,” added the Jamaica U20 100m record holder at 11.02.
World 100m champion Fraser-Pryce, who won back to back Olympic Games 100m titles in Beijing 2008 and London 2012, was among the first to offer “welcome to the family Briana.”
Fraser-Pryce, who won four world 100m titles between 2009 and 2019, is also a Brand Ambassador for Digicel.
Track and field legend Usain Bolt is the company’s first sports Brand Ambassador.
