LAUSANNE – USA tennis star Serena Williams and Jamaica’s athletics king Usain Bolt have been voted AIPS Best Athletes for the second year in a row.A panel of 470 sports journalists from 96 countries voted in this year’s poll.Six-time Olympic champion and eight-time World champion Usain Bolt received an overwhelming 1282 votes, followed by F1 master Sebastian Vettel on 499, and Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo on 437.
