NASSAU, Bahamas – Anthonique Strachan won the 100m at the Bahamian Championships in 11.33 (0.0m/s wind) ahead of Sheniqua Ferguson 11.38 on Friday night.

In men heats, the fastest was Warren Fraser 10.22 (+1.8m/s wind), but in the final the title went to Shavez Hart in 10.11 PB (+0.7m/s wind). Fraser was second 10.14 PB and Adrian Griffith third 10.18.

In the 400m hurdles, Jeffrey Gibson 50.97 topped the field.

Olympic relay winner Demetrius Pinder led the qualifiers in men 400m heats with 45.64. The other heat had Latoy Williams running 45.82 over a 45.99 for Michael Mathieu.
