On the women side, American Dawn Harper, who won in Cayman Invitational (12.81) was again impressive here in Guadeloupe with 12.77 (-0.8) over compatriots Kristi Castlin 12.84 and Vashti Thomas 13.06.
American Jo Atkins won the 400m in 51.19 ahead of Jamaican Christine Day 51.42 and Kineke Alexander of St. Vincent and The Grenadines 51.61.
Levern Spencer of St. Lucia beat on count back American Chaunte Lowe in high jump, both clearing 1.91m. Abigail Ibozuru of Britain won the long jump 6.64 (+2.6).
