Jacques Harvey has switched allegiance to Turkey. The former Jamaica representative, according to the IAAF, is eligible to compete for his new country as of July 25, 2015.
Now with his new name is Jak Ali Harvey, the IAAF World Championships in Beijing, China will be his main aim this year.
The athlete, who was born in Hanover, Jamaica, represented Wolmer’s and Rusea’s High at Champs. He has personal best of 10.04 and 20.44.
