PARIS, France – As part of an agreement between the Jamaica Administrative Athletics Association (JAAA) and French Athletics Federations, a Jamaican team will compete in the 2014 DecaNation meet in Angers on August 30.
In return, a French delegation of athletes will compete at the Jamaican International meet in Kingston (IAAF World Challenge) on May 3, informs sports.fr. Usain Bolt of Jamaica is the world's top star while Christophe Lemaitre is France's top man.
The agreement, which was initially made in May 2010, will also see the two athletics powers sharing technical knowledge in various events.
