Some 669 athletes from 43 countries are entered are the 2nd IAAF World Relays set for May 2-3 in Nassu, Bahamas.
The highest number of teams will be in men 4x100m and 4×400 with 24, followed by women 4x100m 22, men 4x200m 21, women 4x400m 18.
Smaller numbers will be in women 4x200m 9 and then in middle distance relays, 4x800m 7 men and 8 women teams and Distance Medley Relay 7 men and 8 women teams.
In all events the entry figures are higher than number of competing teams in first edition in 2014 with only one exception. That is women 4x800m this year entered 8 teams, last year competed 9 teams.
