Olympic 800m champion David Rudisha is gaining confidence in his training ahead of the world championships, report The Daily Nation.
“I have already picked up power,” said the Kenyan star. “It is not that I did not have power but it had not been activated.”
He said that his body is now responding well to training and is gaining form.
