BARRANQUILA, Columbia – Team USA dominated the Panamerican Cross Country Cup here in Colombia. They won the senior men and women races along with junior boys section.
Canada topped the Junior girls section.
Maksim Korolev of USA won the men's individual race in 28:21 ahead of Brazilian Gilbert Lopes 28:31 and another member of US squad Augustus Maiyo 28:34.
In women race, Gladys Tejeda of Peru was the best with 21:18 over US Kellyn Taylor 21:33 and Canadian Hannah Rachel 21:34.
Canadian indoor mile junior record holder Justyn Knight topped the junior boys race after 19:04. In junior girls another win for Peru by Saida Menases 16:29.
