Dominican athlete Judah Corriette departs the island on January 1 for New Jersey.
Corriette, who finished 4th in the 800m for Dominica at the 2013 Carifta Games, will take up a track and field scholarship at Essex County College.
Corriette confirmed his departure to TrackAlerts.Com and said he will start school on January 5.
