BASSETERRE, St. Kitts and Nevis – Antoine Adams was in impressive form at the St. Kitts and Nevis' National Championships here on the weekend.
Adams won the men's 100m 10.01 (0.0m/s wind) and 200m in 20.08 (+1.6m/s).
In the 100m, he equaled his best from last year nationals and in the 200m improved his national record.
Jason Rogers was close behind in 10.04 while third went to Brijesh Lawrence 10.16 in the men's 100m.
In the 200m, second place was Lawrence in 20.37.
Leastrod Roland won the 400m in 46.41 (personal best) and Marecia Pemberton took the women's 100m in 11.49 (+1.2).
The women's 200m went to Shenel Crooke in 22.41secs.
Rosalie Pringle won the 800m female final in 2:16.20 while the men's event went to Masai Jeffers 1:58.72
Oneil Thomas won the 400m hurdles 53.04secs, which is a national record. The mark is also a qualifier for the IAAF World Junior Championships.
