The organisers of the Scotia Bank Inter-Secondary Athletic Championships have made a number of changes for the 2014 edition scheduled for next month.

Among changes to take effect this year will be the age categories which will now include a preparatory division, the points’ allocations and a third day of competition.

Technical Director of the Inter-Col Championships, Kerlon Peters said that the changes reflect some of the recommendations which have been suggested many years ago by a technical team headed by Conrad Francis.

Peters said that some of the changes will also ensure that the Inter-Col Championships are in line with the regional CARIFTA Games and international youth and junior championships.
