Jamaica and the United States of America are tied on five gold medals each at the end of day five of the World Athletics U20 Championships in Cali, Colombia.

However, Team USA has 13 medals overall, one more than Jamaica, 12. The USA have five gold, four silver and four bronze medals, while Jamaica comes next with five gold, four silver and three bronze.

The Kenyan Team has three gold, two silver and three bronze medals.
