American 2017 World 100m champion Justin Gatlin is currently doing off-season basis training.
He will be back to full training in November his agent Renaldo Nehemiah confirmed.
As usual, he is not planning the indoor season but expects a top outdoor season for 2019.
He has the Wild Card as title defender so must undergo any other qualification process.
