Veronica Campbell-Brown, one of Jamaica’s most decorated athletes, is now a businesswoman. Campbell-Brown has ventured into the Clothing Line business with her “VCB Fit” brand.

“Introducing VCB Fit, fashion-forward fitness clothing for women,” tweeted Campbell-Brown, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games 200m champion, on Wednesday, 22 January.

The brand story on its website said: “When Veronica Campbell Brown founded VCB Fit in 2019, she was not only thinking about women who are elite athletes; but about all women who want to feel empowered in the clothes they wear.”

“VCB Fit delivers clothing that provides comfort, flexibility and durability for all women; whether you run, jog or walk as a professional or as a hobby,” read the message on https://vcbfit.com/.

The message continued: “Our designs are meant to champion, celebrate, and inspire you to look and feel your best self.”

High-Waisted Tights, Love Boxy Top and Front Cutout Sports Bra are the products listed on the website and prices are ranges from US$30 to US$45.

Campbell-Brown won more than 40 medals, including World Championships 100m and 200m titles in Osaka 2007 and Daegu 2011 respectively.

She also won back to back gold at the Doha 2010 and Istanbul 2012 World Indoor Championships.
The former Vere student became the first Jamaican to win World U20 sprint double in 2000.
