The Olympic champion, who continues to work on his start, battled early with American Devon Allen before finding his rhythm and pulling away from the field to take victory in a season-best 13.15 seconds.

Allen held on for second in 13.20 and Jamal Britt, also of the United States, finished third in 13.30. “So many things to fix,” Parchment said after his victory.

“I am sure coach is already getting his little book ready, writing down the things I need to work on, but otherwise, I had fun – good atmosphere. It’s warm, so it was good.”
