BELFAST (GBR, Aug 1): Jamaica’s Michael O’Hara shared the men’s 110m hurdles title here at the at Belfast International on Thursday (1 Aug).

O’Hara and David King both clocked 13.81 (-1.6) in the men’s 110m hurdles to share the top spot.

The former Calabar star, two weeks ago, ran 13.67secs, at the same meet – Bayer Classics in Leverkusen, Germany where Asafa Powell did 10.02.

O’Hara next race will be on August 6 in Loughborough, England.

European champion Adam Gemili won the 200m with 20.63 (-0.2) over Leon Reid 20.89.

Dutch Jip Vastenburg won women 3000m in a meet record 9:04.82 while Ciara Mageean topped the women’s 800m in 2:02.40.

Samuel Gordon clocked 10.37 (-0.6) in the 100m.

SAGUNTO (ESP, Aug 1): Ethiopian U20 female runner and World U20 CC bronze medalist Tsige Gebreselama debuted in the 5000m with excellent life-time best 15:12.96 at the Memorial Emilio Villagrasa meet.

In men’s 5000m, Antonio Abadia ran 13:41.02 for the top spot. India´s Arpinder Singh won the triple jump with 16.50m (+1.0m/s wind).

  1. Did Jamaica’s Brianna Williams win that 200m at the 2019 Belfast International Track Meet or was it Great Britain’s Bianca Williams??
