The 63rd edition of the annual Mt. SAC Relays is currently underway, featuring some of the best track and field athletes from around the world. The competition is being held from April 12-15, 2023, at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, California. As a track and field expert with over 30 years of experience, I have witnessed many remarkable performances and achievements in this sport. Some of the most memorable moments in recent years include Usain Bolt’s world record-breaking times in the 100m and 200m sprints, Ashton Eaton’s decathlon world record, and Renaud Lavillenie’s world record pole vault height of 6.16m. These achievements have inspired many athletes and fans alike, and continue to push the limits of what is possible in track and field.
