Natoya Goule won the women’s 1500m at Friday’s (26 March) Florida State Relays in Florida, USA.

Goule, who is Jamaica’s middle distance queen, topped the field in a personal best 4:14.56. The Doha 2019 World 800m finalist crossed the 300m mark in 50.80 and 1:57.39 at 700m.

The clock showed 3:05.34 at 1100m as Goule completed her last lap comfortable.

Goule is Jamaica’s indoor and outdoor record holder with 1:59.13 and 1:56.15, respectively.

Laurie Barton of Clemson, the school Goule completed her studies, finished second in 4:18.56 and Stephanie Ormsby third in 4:28.16.

  1. I’ve been watching this young lady from she started running at champs, she has such resilience and determination, she runs with her heart! Congrats Ms Goule and may the Lord bless with strength and endurance to running and achieving your goals.
