Jamaica's dominance on Athletics is so profound that it doesn't end with Jamaica proper. Many of the legendary sprinters either were born in Jamaica or were born to Jamaican-born parents and competed for the likes of the USA, UK, Canada as well as other countries.

Names such as:

Donovan Bailey (CAN)

Linford Christie (GBR)

Ben Johnson (CAN)

Sanya Richards-Ross (USA)

Dwain Chambers (GBR)

Ato Boldon (TRI)

Inger Miller (USA)

Denise Lewis (GBR)

Natasha Hastings (USA)

Phyllis Francis (USA)

Colin Jackson (GBR)

Jessica Ennis-Hill (GBR)

come to mind; not to mention sprinters with lesser publicized Jamaican ancestry, e.g. Alonzo Edwards (PAN) or Olusoji Fasuba (NGR) .

Who would you say is your favorite son or daughter of Jamrock in track & field?
