  1. the 100m hurdles is more than sheer speed. Speed endurance is a big part of it. Doing the 200m is a way to improve speed endurance. I think she raced too much last year which was no fault of hers because the road block she faced could have fixed by the powers that be, but such is life. With Lennox in her corner, I would not be surprised if her time even goes lower and she turn out to be the 2020 Olympic champion.

  2. She just needs to concentrate on her hurdles. The 200m for her is just tuning. If she had run 22.5, well, that would be another ball game altogether. However, that is not the case. Its an Olympic year, aim for the SURE GOLD this time. clean up her skills as she is supreme as it stands, but to ensure her Gold is to do 100m and 60M. These will enhance her speed that if any technical difficulties aris in races, she can again rely on her speed to fend off challengers. She will be ok. Keep going sweety, you are on the right track.
