Danielle Williams ran 12.90 for second place in the women’s sprint hurdles at the Florida Relays on Friday.

Williams’ 12.90, however, was supported by a 2.1m.s wind, which means it will not be considered a season best.

Megan Simmonds ran a personal best 12.91 seconds at the InterCol Championships on Wednesday to be the fastest Jamaican so far this season.

Meanwhile, Shermaine Williams, Danielle’s older sister, was sixth in the event in 13.09 while Samantha Elliott finished 8th in 13.25.

Andrea Bliss, the 4th Jamaican in the event, ended 18th in 13.52.
