Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is looking forward to her 60m at Saturday’s (15 Feb) Muller Indoor Grand Prix at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland.

“I’m definitely looking forward to this experience tomorrow. This is going to be my only indoor meet of the year,” said the world 100m champion.

Fraser-Pryce, the only woman to win four world 100m titles, added: “training has been good.”

“I’m really excited about my progress in training and what I’ve been doing and how I feel.

“Today I’m feeling a bit under the weather, but hopefully that will sort itself out, and I can have a great race tomorrow,” she said.

Fraser-Pryce and World Indoor 60m champion Murielle Ahoure will lead the women’s 60m line-up.

Jamaican Natasha Morrison, who was second to Fraser-Pryce at Milo Western Relays last weekend, is also in the field. World youth 200m record-holder Amy Hunt of Great Britain will also enter with her 7.34 personal best.

Fraser-Pryce also said she was planning on competing at the World Indoor Championships before the event’s postponement.

“I had been looking forward to doing the World Indoor Championships, but unfortunately that got pushed back,” said the 2014 world indoor 60m champion.

Julian Forte is in the men’s 60m, Nathon Allen and Akeem Bloomfield are down for the men’s 400m. Jenieve Russell and Stephenie-Ann McPherson will run the women’s 400m.
