Her time was 2:04:73, a huge personal best, which was 2:09:54 done some three years ago.

"My coach told me to go out there and run for the strength work. At the end of the race he told me he is not surprise about the time because he knew I could do it whether or not I am training for it (800m) because I am getting stronger. I am really happy knowing that I took 5 seconds off my previous best which was 2:09:53 running a new personal best of 2:04:73 and it will help me in the 400m where the strength part is concerned."
