Four track and field athletes will for the next two years benefit from the Olympic Solidarity Programme.

Recently, Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA), announced quarter milers Christine Day and Rosemarie Whyte, triple jumper Kimberly Williams and Olympic Games 110m hurdles bronze medallist Hansle Parchment as the track and field awardees.

The two-year scholarships were awarded to the four to help with their preparations for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
